About this wine:
Grape: 100% Sauvignon

Origin: Two regions claim paternity: in Bordeaux it produces, in association with the Sémillon and the Muscadelle grapes, Sauternes and Graves white wine. In the Loire valley, it tempts us with a Sancerre or a Pouilly Fumé wine as a monocépage. Vineyards are situated in the hills of the Carcassonne region and the Aude valley.
Vinification: fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 15 - 16 °C during a period of fifteen days; early bottling preserves the crispness of the wine.

Wood ageing: none.
Harvested: by hand.
Storage: should be enjoyed within two years; serve chilled (8 °C).
Colour: golden yellow with a brilliant sparkle.
Bouquet: citrus fruits, cassis buds, green currents, musk.
Flavour: lively and crisp with continuity of the olfactory sensations guaranteed.
Suitable combinations: can be enjoyed as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to grilled fish and shell fish.
