Taste
A white wine with character, banana, pineapple and tropical fruits are blended together into a perfect mix. This wine stands at the start of the Chilean advance in quality wines. Traditionally prepared, ca. 70% is fermented in wooden barrels. Part of the wine receives an additional lactic fermentation, giving the wine its round flavour. The 12 months of ripening in barrels with intermediate ´stirring´ add a hint of butter to the taste.

A flavoursome suggestion
This wine is best matched with fish and white meats. A creamy cheese will suit fine as well.

The vineyards are situated in the Casablanca Valley at a height of 300 meters above sea level and a surface area of 85 hectare. The size of this big vineyard can guarantee a constant and high quality. The soil is originally volcanic, the ground is rocky with an underlayment of clay.
