Red fruit ripened by the sun, soft herbs, white pepper and even liquorice, a taste melange topped off with the aromas of kirsch, mocha and vanilla. This robust wine will surely surprise you. The rich tradition is mirrored in the huge wooden barrels which can contain 600 litres, 25% made out of new wood and were the wine is ripened for 12 to 16 months.
