Character: Maison de la Surprise Sauvignon has notes of citrus, musk, and green currant. Delicious as an aperitif. Also excellent with salads with goat cheese, fish, crustaceans, and shellfish.

Grape variety: Syrah, smooth and fresh
Character: Maison de la Surprise Syrah is a smooth, fresh wine. With aromas of red fruit, raspberries, and wild strawberries. Excellent as an aperitif and light summer meals.
