I ordered the customised champagne and flutes gift box, the presentation was beautiful, however, best of all was the customer service - I had asked if they could send the order asap (due to my lack of organisation!), they were really helpful in their reply and the gift arrived very quickly - thank you so much!
Would definately recommend to others, and will be using again

I love the t rex that I ordered for my toddler's 3rd birthday. Its unique and cute and made with great fabric. I wanted to give my little on something he could keep for long and he loves dino so this was a perfect gift. It could do with more stuffing and if the option for more letters was available but still I did manage to put all the writing as a picture and i love how it has turned out. Quality, looks, personalisation everything is great 👍🏻 and i know my little one's gonna love it. Thank you so much the team for creating such creative good looking toys.

Nothing to improve - system was easy to use to upload photo. Teddy was great, my litel one was over the moon with it. Quick delivery and much more reasonable priced than other companies for a toy that was great quality. Will use again.
