This was a complete surprise! Well, not the actual selection of products (which was really, really good) but the interface for creating personalized gifts, the fair pricing and the excellent, quick and friendly customer support plus the main thing... amazingly quick delivery. The order was confirmed on Monday and stated that delivery would be on Thursday. In this short time the gifts were being personalized, packaged and delivered as promised. I would have been more than happy with a weeks delivery time. So I would not have been surprised if it turned out this was some kind of scam. Nealy too good to be true. What a happy and unexpected surprise. Will come back.

The website was very user friendly. It was just so easy to navigate and upload photos and change text.
I was kept informed by email everytime the order status changed.
Delivery was very quick and when the order arrived it was packed securely to ensure no damage to the items.
The printing was exactly as I'd expected.
Excellent service, excellent products and excellent delivery.
