#YesYourSurprise – permission to use your content

At YourSurprise, our personalized gifts become truly special when they are part of your real-life moments. We love to showcase these kinds of moments to inspire others.

We may contact you to request permission to use a photo you have shared in our communications. When you respond to such a request with #YesYourSurprise, you give permission for us to use your content.

By giving this permission, you agree to the following:

• You confirm that you are the creator of the photo or that you have the necessary rights to share it and allow us to use it;
• You grant YourSurprise the right to use your visual material across our own channels and external platforms. This includes, among others, our website, social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok), email campaigns, and advertisements;
• You allow your content to be edited, adapted, or incorporated into other creative expressions;
• By responding to our request with #YesYourSurprise, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and explicitly agree to them and their application.

Withdrawing or changing your consent

If you later decide you no longer want us to use your content, you can notify us at any time via collaborations@yoursurprise.com, preferably including a link to the relevant content. We will remove your content within 14 days.

No response = no permission

If you do not agree, you do not need to take any action. In that case, your content will not be used by us.
