Choose your favourite photos, name and/or sweet text and surprise your mother, colleague or best friend with a personalised planner.
It’s super easy to customise this amazing planner. Choose your favourite from the special designs and add the photo and/or text of your choosing. We will then put your work of art together with love. Your design will be printed on the entire cover, including the spine and back of the planner. The week format is divided on two pages. So you have plenty of space to write down your appointments. Moreover, the agenda also has several pages where you can place your notes!
The custom planners are also a unique gift for colleagues or (business) relations. Please contact our business department, they'd love to make you a personal offer.
Personalising & orderingWhat is personalising and how does this work on the website?
You can start making your gift by clicking the green ‘start personalising here’ button. In our gift editor, you can personalise the gift completely in accordance with your wishes: add your own picture and/or text. If you want, you can also opt for a cool design to make your gift truly unique.
Is personalisation included in the price?
The price shown on the website includes the personalisation of your gift. Nice and clear!
How do I know if my picture has the right quality?
In the gift editor, you will receive a notification if the quality of the picture is insufficient. Do you have doubts about the quality of your picture beforehand or after this notification? Please contact our customer service; they are happy to help you!
What formats can I upload?
You upload JPG and PNG files into our editor. Is this too technical or do you have an image of a different format you would like to use? Please contact our customer service. They are happy to help you so you can make the gift you want!
What if the colour or option I want is not available?
Are you looking for a specific gift or a gift in a specific colour, but is this not listed on the website? Please contact our customer service; they are happy to help you!
How do I add a card to my gift? / What exactly is a card?
By clicking the ‘Free card’ in our shopping cart, you can add a fun card to your gift. You can put a personal message on this card, so the recipient will know exactly who to thank for this lovely surprise.
Is my gift wrapped?
Currently, we do not (yet) have a gift-wrapping service to wrap your present. We do deliver our gifts in a festive packaging. This means that your gift is ready to be given or that it can be sent to the recipient directly.
Delivery time, delivery options and delivery costsCan I choose a delivery date?
Yes, that’s possible! For most gifts it is possible to indicate when exactly the gift should be delivered, once you have it in the shopping cart.
What is the delivery time and when do I receive my gift?
The delivery time can be found on the product page of the gift. You can trust that our carrier delivers your gift on this day.
What delivery options can I choose?
Currently, it is not (yet) possible to choose a delivery option. The gift you want to order is either sent as a package or as mailbox delivery. Would you like to know which option your order falls under? Please contact our customer service.
PaymentHow can I pay my order?
We offer the following payment methods: iDeal, Paypal, credit card, an invoice via Klarna or manual transfer. In case of manual payment transfer, please take into account an extra 3 days for the delivery of your gift.
Gift receivedWhat if the gift is not entirely to my liking?
We deeply regret that your gift is not to your liking. Please contact our customer service, they are happy to help you find a suitable solution.
Is the invoice sent along with the order?
No invoice is sent with your order. You will always receive the invoice in the confirmation email and you can always find it in your MySurprise account. This means you can have the gift delivered directly to the recipient, making it a true surprise!
